Client
Go to the Search Crew page. If you don't have a Client account or are not logged-in as a Client and you click on an individual Crew member, you will not be able to see full details or book them until you've logged in to your Client account.
Once you've found a suitable Crew member, you can check their live availability, shortlist them for making a decision later, or make a booking by clicking the "Book Me" button. Fill in all of the required details on the booking form and submit it. The Crew member will then be notified and has 48 hours to get back to you with confirmation. If you have any issues, please contact us via User Assistance.
Crew
Minimum dimensions for the top banner of a crew profile are 1920 pixels (width) by 1080 pixels (height) with a maximum file size of 2MB. Accepted formats are: JPG, PNG, GIF. You can update your image by editing your profile and clicking the camera icon on the right of the banner.
Users that are signed up to a membership plan can update their card details by heading to the “Membership Details” page in “My Account” or by clicking here. You can then click the “Edit Membership” button.
If you are signed up to a membership, you can view information about your membership (when logged in) via “My Account” at the top of each page. Details can then be found in “Membership Details”. If you have any questions please contact us at info@crew-network.co.uk
General
Please check your spam folder or “other” folder if you have a Gmail/Hotmail account. If you still do not receive your email please contact info@crew-network.co.uk with your full name and email address as you may have entered it incorrectly on registration.
You can update your contact email address via the “My Account” page and then the "View/Edit Details" button under Account Details.

Click here to access the password reset page. Enter your email address and click the “reset password” button. An email will be sent to you within an hour, please check spam and other folders and if you have not received it in this time please contact info@crew-network.co.uk.
